Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with a steering column you have purchased from Steering Columns Galore Inc., return it within 30 days for a full refund including shipping.
Note: Steering columns altered or damaged by customer are NON REFUNDABLE!
Warranty
- Passenger Vehicles: 1 Year Replacement
- Commercial Vehicles: 6 Months Replacement
- Any Warranty Issue, Call Us First!
- What is NOT covered. Outside Labor, Outside Parts, Towing and Expedited Shipping.
Core Charge
The core charge is not charged up front, it is held on your credit card. If you do not return the core within 30 days we process the applicable core charge. Just ship it back in the same box with the return label we provide.
Payment Options
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, Cash, Postal Money Orders and Net 30 for larger commercial accounts.
