Application: This is an OEM steering column that fits a 1980-1986 Ford Bronco, Tilt, Floor Shift, Manual, just bolt it in and go.
Complete disassembly, sand blast to remove rust & paint, clean and degrease, inspect components, replace bearings, grease moving parts, replace broken & worn parts, twelve point test, painted black. These columns get loose overtime because they develop play where the column tilts. We replace the bearing housing and support on every rebuilt column to correct this issue.
New signal switch, new lock with 2 keys, new upper bearing. Most parts for this column are discontinued so we have many of the parts made exclusively for us.
Steering wheel, signal/tilt lever. These parts may be available if needed. The customer can remove these items from their broken column and install them on our rebuilt column. Note: These are external parts that can be swapped without disassembling either steering column.
